Rates are calculated according to the number of people in a chalet

All rates include dinner, bed, breakfast, teas, lunch and use of conference facility and equipment

Conditions:
Non-refundable 25% deposit required within 2 days of conference reservation
Further 25% deposit required within 1 month of conference date
